Payment is accepted in the form of cash, Visa, MasterCard, and personal check.
Tips are not accepted as gratuity is included in all of our pricing.

Cancellation Policy and Fees
Rose Garden Health requires a 24-hour cancellation notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No shows will be charged full service price. To ensure that you receive your full treatment time please arrive early and allow for time to fill out paperwork on your first visit.
